Executive Order No. 11
By the power vested in as Prime Minister by the Constitution and Laws of Stratham. I do hereby declare the following:
(1) The Capital Property Laws Act empowers the Prime Minister to establish districts.
(2) The following area below that is denoted in red is established as the Capital City District:
(3) The following area below that is denoted in red is established as the Suburbs District:
(4) The following area below denoted in red is established as the Farming District:
