Executive order, No. 1
Title: Internal Development Leadership
As per the constitution, 1.1(f) The Prime Minister may issue Executive Orders which exercises the power of the executive branch. The Prime Minister may issue pardons to individuals who have committed crimes excluding impeachment, election fraud, treason, or corruption.
I hereby declare:
That the leadership of the Department of Internal Development will select its management team in a fair and collective manner. To ensure both sides of the former respective departments are fairly balanced, a Minister if from one side of the department must appoint their deputy or second within the chain of command within DoID from the other respective side of DoID.
If a Minister has a natural stance being of both departments then they may choose at their discretion, a deputy or second within the chain of command within DoID from any representative side but must have a balance within the senior team.
This will ensure a balance within the newly created department.
