Lawsuit: Adjourned Elechron Corp V. IPugLover

So around 3 months ago, our formal loaner, LemonNinja (Ryan in discord) loaned IPugLover 2,000 Krunas with 180 krunas interest. He has yet to pay it back.


He/she promised to pay back 2180, for not paying this amount of krunas back we demand him/her to now pay me 2,500Kr. If he/she cannot afford this I wish every form of collateral he/she has to pay it.


If your wondering why I am suing all these people just now, its because I was expecting government collateral system to come so I kept postponing the lawsuits. I now see government collateral wont come and have started suing the people who have not paid back there loans.

@iPugLover is hereby summoned to the court to acknowledge the case. If the Defendant, @iPugLover , does not acknowledge the case as a reply in 2 days, the case will close in the Plaintiff's favor.

@Matt The defendant has failed there task of replying to this court accusation. As Elechron needs its money rightfully back, may this case end or is there gonna be complications?

JUDGE'S RESPONSE

Analysis:
The Plaintiff has brought the Defendant @iPugLover to civil court on the grounds of be unable to make a repayment for a loan granted by the Plaintiff. Evidence has been provided of an agreement being made and has been reviewed closely.

Conclusion:
Lawsuit will be defaulted in the Plaintiff's favor due to the unresponsive nature of the Defendant. I am convinced due to the nature of the evidence provided.

Verdict:
As reigning Judge, @iPugLover is hereby stated guilty for being delinquent with repaying their loan amount + interest.

I am ordering the repayment of 2,500 Krunas from the defendant's personal account and/or material belongings as collateral of equal value. Since the Defendant has been away from the server for over a month, the Department of Justice, @bharatj has until December 19th, 2018 to collect the fined amount from the account of the Defendant and ensure the Plaintiff is paid out.

This court case is now adjourned.
