- Title: Animal Rights Laws

- Reasoning: As of right now there are a few animals that are not included in the animal rights laws. This is will clarify how many blocks each animal should have and add animals that are not listed or do not have coverage under the current laws.
- Bill: The following blocks are required for each mob to live comfortably:
8 blocks per polar bears, panda bears, and turtles(MUST have water at least two blocks deep and 6 blocks wide)
4 blocks per cows, mooshrooms, sheep, pigs, foxes, horses/donkeys, llamas
2 blocks per chickens, rabbits, wolves, cats/ocelots
2 blocks horizontally and 3 blocks vertically per bee(also must have at least one flower per bee)
