Hello, all! I am here to tell you about an upcoming development, called Eastern Harbour. The scheme plans to construct 16 holiday homes, each with direct access to sea, allowing easy commute by boat, a decorated garden and a furnished interior. Moreover, the scheme would include two public spaces, a small public docking area, a shop and two small office buildings.

So far, a similar development has not been proposed or completed on the server, with most property on the server being reserved for day-to-day use, e.g. rented apartments in cities. This development would aim at clients wanting a private location, perfect for public gatherings, parties, events or relaxing on the server, whilst also maintaining easy access to main locations on the server.

Although the location of Eastern Harbour is in the Wilderness, relatively far from the Capital City, it has easy access, primarily to Ocean Crown City, where transport by boat to the city's harbour is possible. From there, it is just a few minutes by car to the Capital City. Although lacking officially established harbours, commute by boat would also be possible to Palm Bay City and Kyethelion Town.

Expansion into the surrounding area would be possible if demand would indicate this as suitable.
Initial construction and preparatory work is expected to begin at the end of June, whereas the whole scheme is expected to be finished by mid-September, although this of course depends on interest in the properties and funding. Assessing the reality of the server's property market, the whole scheme (primarily the 16 homes) would probably be sold no earlier than early November.

The developed houses would be sold, whereas the shop and office units would be rented for a constant fee. Although the construction cost will most probably be quite high, the development will be constructed gradually, meaning costs should be quickly recompensated by income from sales and renting.

The area reserved for the development, as outlined above, measures 54 by 45 blocks, giving 2,430 blocks in total. The server fee for claiming land in the wilderness is 7kr/block, meaning claiming the entire area for the development would cost 17,010 krunas. Naturally, since the whole development won't be constructed immediately, land will be claimed gradually.

Investment by individuals is key to the success of the scheme, with funds needed to complete works across the whole project. Currently, the development has direct access to 7,000 krunas worth of funds, meaning the initial preparations can begin, however, as is recognised in economies across the globe, the more is invested, the more profit is made.

Individuals are free to invest any amount. They will then be either mentioned below this post, or remain annonymous, depending on their will. The use of these funds will remain transparent and, if they are needed at a given moment, the investor will be asked to confirm whether they are willing to let their money be spent that way. Before this, anyone who invests in the project, is free to withdraw any part of the amount they initially invested.

When the final costs of the project are uncovered, depending on the amount one invested, each person will be allocated a percentage of the shares. Later, when money is made back through transactions, profits will be shared out equally. This is a great opportunity to invest your money, especially since it is risk-free, with the option of withdrawal being possible throughout the investment process.

Each person who contacts me, expressing their will to support the project, will be offered extra details surrounding the project. Equally, anyone who would be interested in potentially buying a property at the development in the future, is encouraged to make contact. They will also receive extra information on the development, and be offered the option to personalize their potential future property.
