The DoPA Minister will assign tasks to CCs overall or to a specific CC with a deadline and some information on what is needed. These tasks will encompass the requirements of this department and/or brainstorming new ideas for the DoPA. Some tasks will be repetitive, meaning the CC will have to continue to do the task at certain times. Other tasks may involve cooperation between one or more other departments which can be coordinated by the CC and/or the DoPA Minister and the Minister(s) of the other department(s). Extensions can be provided to deadlines on most tasks, if given a valid reason for the extension.

Advertising
- Advertise for underemployed government departments
- Gain awareness about social media and events
- Brainstorm ways and execute to the best of the department’s ability to increase playerbase
In-game polls
- See where the public stands on multiple choice questions
- These polls can be about anything as long as there are set answers
- Some in-game polls focus on motions and bills in Parliament where others may look at potential election or event participation, among various other topics
- Usually have longer answers
- Not all answers are multiple choice
- Pair certain players with their responses easily
- Groups players by certain aspects
- Has questions with written responses
- Useful for “update” surveys, seeing how people feel about the server and what it can do to improve
- Potential way of gathering feedback that we haven’t used before
- Discord channels or in-game meetings where some selected players have the opportunity to give feedback in a meeting style
- This would be a good way to gather feedback from certain groups of people or on ideas that can’t be leaked to everyone yet
- Raise awareness about elections
- Educate candidates and voters on what Parliament does
- Make sure elections run smoothly
- Plan and host election events on Discord during election season
- Post on special occasions, some events, and on other adequate times
- Post city pictures, pictures of buildings, highlights, events, visual government updates, server announcements, server additions
- We must make sure that there are NO specific players in the images. If so, there should be an image of a multitude of players in one place eg. players in an event of place at the same time etc.

- Pics about nature, player cities, landscapes… basically pictures that look good that we can take
- Some pictures will be taken with shaders and/or resource packs so they look more realistic, especially the pics from the point above

Procedure
- Players interested in the position will first post the completed formatted application as detailed on the forums.
- Promising applicants will be DMed by the Minister of the DoPA on Discord asking if they are able to answer a few questions.
- The interview will be as follows, with breaks for the candidate to answer in between the questions except for questions 4, 5, and 6 which will be asked at the same time: 1. Do you fully understand this position and what you would have to do for it? Explain. 2. What makes you a good candidate for this position? 3. Would you consider yourself good with statistics and creating them? Why or why not? 4. Have you ever had experience with managing or participating in elections (real life or online)? Elaborate. 5. What is your familiarity and/or experience with social media? 6. Do you have advertising experience? If so, what is that experience? 7. Would you consider yourself well-known and/or liked on the server? Why or why not? 8. How often are you on per day and when are you most active? Include your timezone.
- If the applicant is considered a good fit for the job, they will be accepted, hired in game, and then adding to the group on Discord.

- Weekly bonuses awarded to every CC on each Sunday based on work done that week
- Potential monthly bonuses of K1,000 awarded on the last day of every month for each CC

- Go inactive for over two weeks without informing their Minister
- Are inactive on Discord for at least a month without a valid reason
- Are permanently banned from the server
- Leak any official BusinessCraft account passwords (after which the password will be changed)
Community coordinators will be fired following the third strike of any of the behaviors below:
- Disrespect of co-workers and/or DoPA Minister
- Refusal to do assigned work
- Over 24 hours late submission without a valid reason on an assignment
- Incomplete or unsatisfactory work
