- Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): New collectables are non-existent right now, and the closest thing you can get to a record of players on the server are a book. However, some players don't sign books, so some players have no items attached to their person. This boosts collectible trade, as well as an incentive to murder people.
- Does this require the installation of a new plugin (Yes/No): Yes
- If you answered Yes on the previous question, please link the plugin (Leave blank if you answered No): Make it yourself probably?
- Additional Information: It doesn't matter what kind of way it is presented, Redmont uses heads, but it could be a death certificate. Just anything that ties a casual player to an item that can be non-consensually collected.

A donor item that only has a chance of being gotten through real world purchases is not widespread enough to be effective for a collection or collectible market. People wanted to bring back cards, but this would very easily replace it and in no way dampen RP.

it's not a donor item, it's a vote item so anyone can get it

Ok I didn't know that, but it still isn't widespread enough to justify denying this suggestion.
