Elaboration & Reasoning:

Client-Based Project (CBP) aims to regulate Construction Company/Sole Proprietor Constructor while not losing their profit in the suburban regions. It also aims to provide a variety of Plot space to choose from to each and everyone who wanted to make their own House Investment in their own will. CBP also Promotes healthy and active living in the suburban Region.


1. Building Companies/Constructors/Sole Proprietor builders are given Privilege to build more than the specified number of plots per player, provided that they have a CLIENT FIRST before purchasing a plot. This is to Control Bulk Buying of the plots leaving them empty & reserved. It is also to provide other players a chance to obtain plots for their own Choice of residential Build.

2. Builders are required to place signboards on the Plot that is visible enough to be seen by property inspectors (PI).


Signboard Format:
1st Line : Name of the Builder/Company
2nd Line: Name of the Client.
3rd Line: Date Of Purchase
4th Line: Deadline

This bill has been vetoed due to the following reasons:

1. It is not specific enough regarding who can claim to have such company to achieve these perks;
2. The Department of Construction already has an oversight of the suburbs and how houses are being made there;
3. Players who own suburban plots can just add a private contractor (builder) with /as addfriend.
