  • Parliament shall now be consisted of 9 members instead of 7 members.
  • Elections shall happen every 4 months rather than 2 months.
  • Prime Minister selected after the formation of every new Parliament
  • Prime Minister then nominates all other Ministers
  • Prime Minister has no term limits
  • Installment of a Head of State (President of BusinessCraft) that is not elected and serves for a life term → Koalition
  • The President would have the power to:
    • Nominate any player to serve as Prime Minister after every election
      • The President will announce 1-2 days before the conclusion of an election poll his intent of a Prime Ministerial nominee in order for the general populace to voice their opinion, especially to the soon-to-be Parliament
    • Option to veto legislation passed (subject to super-majority (7/9 MPs) veto override unless it’s a constitutional change [change to the government system])
      • The PM is still responsible for the approval of new laws and their implementation, but they can request a veto from the President informally
      • The PM will not be able to veto legislation on their own
    • Access Reserve/Emergency powers: In case there is no Prime Minister, the President will become the Acting Head of the Government until a new Prime Minister has been appointed
  • Parliament can now issue a vote of no confidence in the Prime Minister, in which case the whole Cabinet has to resign should the motion pass (a super-majority (7/9 MPs) need to be in favor).

This change would be in effect after the next election, due to happen in February. So after the formation of the new Parliament on the 20th of February, a new Prime Minister will be appointed.
