- Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): Adding a casino plug-in will make player-run casinos become a lucrative business sector in the economy. Currently, you have to make complicated machines to operate a casino. Using these plugins you could set up a casino without having to use Redstone. This would also stop players from being able to duplicate casino chips with the removal of banknotes in the imminent future.

Ideally yes, players will be able to set it up. The winnings would transfer from players' balances.
