- Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): It's a fun practical joke to play on your pals and if you only make the good version, you can have a nice birthday cake that gives positive effects ( while also psyching out the party-goers)

- Additional Information: The cake of lies is a head item that can inflict various status effects on the consumer, like weakness, slowness, speed, health, even instant damage and night vision. The catch? No matter what status effect it inflicts, the description of the cake is identical, so the only way to see what type of cake you're carrying is to do /iteminfo or something of the like.
