Department of Agriculture
Department Progress:
The Department of Agriculture has been busy these last couple of months with running the server’s Animal Shelters, cleaning the wilderness, implementing new environmental conservation efforts, and building an upcoming National Forest.

We are actively working on an expansion to double the size of the Capital City Shelter. This expansion will approximately double the size of the shelter, allowing for a much higher capacity. We hope that this will solve the overcrowding and capacity issues the DoA has faced when managing the shelter. Additionally, we plan to make renovations to the interior of the shelter to make it more welcoming and to provide nicer, less prison-like pens for animals.

Furthermore, we have been working to implement animal shelters in various towns and cities. Thus far, we have completed animal shelters in Westridge, Palm Bay, and Lexford. Each of these shelters has been approved by the mayor of the respective city. We are currently working on animal shelters in Covington and Ocean City.

We recently rolled out a new wildlife conservation effort to add informational boards at each wilderness warp. These boards list ways that citizens can aid in keeping our environment clean and healthy. These include gathering dirt from underground rather than the surface, replanting trees, and keeping your wilderness regions looking presentable.

We have implemented a new Ranger job (with the help of Luxaholic) to aid in keeping the wilderness clean, reporting inactive wild regions, developing the server’s national parks and zoo, and enforcing fines for animal/wilderness laws. This job has provided much utility to the DoA, and in turn, helped us to make the wilderness a cleaner place. Environment Managers have kept their duties in managing the animal shelters and helping to clean the wilderness.

Goals for next month:
The upcoming National Forest is nearly completed, and we hope to announce it soon. Details on the National Forest will not be released at this time, however, stay tuned for an official announcement.

During the month of October, we aim to announce and open the National Forest to the public, complete the Covington animal shelter and, if possible, the Ocean City animal shelter, complete the Capital shelter expansion, implement improvements to how Landscapers are paid to make the job more appealing, and continue our environmental conservation efforts.

Department of Construction
Department progress:
We introduced a new system in the DoC to streamline construction and organize the department
--- New role of construction manager capable of copy-pasting builds from the construction world to the main world
--- Schematic queue log to keep track of who needs schematics, where, and how much it costs
--- Still working on creating a standardized price list to be used by the DoC to paste builds
--- New paste log to keep track of what is being pasted and where
- Hospitals, universities, police stations, and grocery stores are going to be constructed for each city as requested.
- DoC "HQ" being constructed for Capital

Goals for next month:
Future plans:
- Finish Hub
- Finish DoC HQ
- Hopefully a few new constructors
- Finalize price list
- New hospital in capital
- New highway connection between PB and OC

Department of Economy
Department progress:
The Dept has been hard working on a vast array of projects in the past term and have many on the way.
Projects:
  • Drills becoming a rentable vehicle.
  • Writer revamp.
  • Government Budgets
Goals for next month:
n/a

Department of Health
Department progress:
  • The department has established a new policy that has effectively removed inactive doctors. Not only will doctors be fired for being inactive for two weeks, but they will also be fired for lacking in the number of patients attended at the end of each month.
  • The Hospital Secretaries now have a new responsibility. Every four days, a hospital secretary will count the number of patients each doctor has attended in the previous three days. This is something that is done in the discord channel to keep a record of the total amount of patients a doctor has attended at the end of each month to see if they're eligible for the Doctor of the Month award.
  • The department has established a new system where at the end of each month, a doctor would be recognized for their efforts with the Doctor of the Month award. This is meant to encourage Doctors to attend patients more often.
  • A while back, the department has decided that the math rule will no longer apply. The prices for remedies/cures will be the set prices that are on the main floor of the capital hospital that could be susceptible to change in the future.
Goals for next month:
  • Small changes towards the new Capital Hospital's design were noted and hopefully, the DoC has been working on it.
  • We're planning on looking into more disease-related plugins, but we still need to discuss further on that note.
Department of Justice
Department progress:
  • ReaperEduardo has become the Sergeant
  • We have introduced minimum reports required to determine which members are active and which aren't, of at least 10 reports every month.
  • Created a Training Completion Book which is handed out to Police Officers once they have been fully trained. The book consists of:
    • A welcome message to the Department
    • A guide to all the basic commands that are required for being a Police Officer.
Goals for next month:
  • I would like to get in contact with all the city mayors for a plot on behalf of the Government to make a Police Station for every city, for easy travel when arresting players. Its something similar to the Hospital warps but for Police Officers.
Department of Public Affairs
Department progress:
The Department of Public Affairs has been working tirelessly to reform itself due to a lack of a working structure within the department. We now have been working to expand outwards to better help citizens get more involved within the government by doing town hall meetings, Cabinet meetings, events, and hosting debates. We didn't have many goals from Codes (our previous minister) but we have aimed to make weekly events along with Instagram posts. We're also expanding to cover the YouTube Channel with semi-weekly uploads from the community along with creating a news station created by the community.

Our goal for this term to focus more on creating an amazing work environment for our employees along with taking in community feedback to better improve our government. We are creating a trailer for each government department and for the server. Along with revamping the museum with two new jobs, historian and senior historian which will be able to have independent status so the government can not touch this wing to better protect our history's integrity. Tour guides are set to begin tours in other cities and towns by October 31th to better help aid decentralization. We have also banned all DoPA events from Capitol to promote other cities and towns. Due to a lack of space in the DoPA building, we are currently spending around 30k on building materials per month, we are looking to convert the old convention center into DoPA's new headquarters along with creating recreational space for the community. The new museum will be done by October 16th with a grand reopening scheduled for the 17th, we hope to provide a space the community can learn more about BC and it's rich history. DoPA is planning to release OpenAudio speaker heads on October 1st along with the two new jobs for historical tracking. We also plan to have another town hall meeting to address South Capitol concerns somewhere between October 14-16 which we will be live streaming along with having a recording in regards to government transparency rules.

Speaking of government transparency, DoPA plans to give more tools for the public to request poll information, survey data, and certain government information. This project will be released by October 5th as we still need to work out some issues with offering these tools to the public. We also plan to weekly survey the public about the population in each city and town along with getting more feedback on decentralization. DoPA is considering building a new wing that would focus on promoting the server with content and promotional offerings, this wing along with the history wing will have independence from the government to better help protect itself from bias information from the government or minister.

Our goal for this term is to help our community become more informed about what the government is doing. DoPA will become the first department to allow the public to request data about its department projects along with supporting private events (more info will be coming out soon on this), we want to prioritize the community. We are the people's voice, we want to make this community a better place by offering more information to the public regardless of what your stands are.

Goals for next month:
We have also requested for a museum to be built but have not gotten any response from the DoC on this project, we will also like to request for permission for DoPA to oversee the convention center in Capitol which has been vacant for months with little no activity on finishing this enormous building. We have requested our own build material basement so we wouldn't spend so much money on building mats, still no update on this.
