Instead of having to build a skyscraper in one go, can I add each floor as I go?
Like I start with ground floor (Offices) then once I have enough build the second but make it look like each floor I add is the top, do I still have to complete it in a month.
Really it is just building an office then making apartment 'upgrades' xD
