Build Requests for DoC

Id like a formal list of builds that need to be done. Builds for government take priority and builds for citizens will only be done if you have the money. This is only for things that need to be built, not what you want to see built. If you have a suggestion for a build please post it in the suggestions forum.
Ill try updating the OP with all the requests in order.
Red = temporarily cancelled
NS = not started

A theater-like building to host events in, with a banquet hall and a full kitchen, as well as a store room for DoPA storage.

so a convention center? When would you need it by?

Whenever is fine, by April 15th would be awesome but I don't know if that would be possible.

i know that. i want everybody to get items. Except for rich people like Minecrafter,shadowcheck, and dylancorso. That'd just be a waste of resources

If you made a charity centre then you would be making no money and you also have to think about people not actually donating
