I woud love a auction house on the mentioned plot. something that looks like a museum. it has to have a garage, a few open rooms maybe which will have item frames which i will rent out and some of them ill use. Maybe some hand made biomes aswell for the decoration, i got the materials for that part. I would love Mickichu to build this and will discuss the further steps with her.
I would love the building a few stories high and a underground garage. It has to include a auctionhall aswell, this could be far underground or a few stories high.
