With Jakes hard work regioning, Blu Apartments have finally been finished.
The price is 144 Krunas per month for starter class apartments (See Below). They are 48 blocks big and all 12 are available.
There are only three rules for my apartments:
1. No Stealing Torches
2. No Breaking Glass (Walls) or Wood (Floor)

If you do not follow my apartment rules. I will attempt to sue you and probably fail but don't take any chances :)
Apartment Coordinates: 88.000 / 64.000 / 102.000
OR goto the mall, turn around and walk to the end of the street, turn left an it should be on your left.
