In a vote of 7:0, Parliament has resolved that:
A building constructed and/or designed by the Department of Construction, deemed aesthetically pleasing by the Department of Construction, or has been present in Capital City for more than 9 months will be auctioned if the owner of the plot has been inactive for more than 2 months without notice. However, if a player is aware they will be away for more than 2 months, they can make a post on the forums stating the date they expect to return so their property will be held until then.
