The Government is hosting an auction of this plot (named bc-024) and building which is located near the spawn.
Purchasing this will grant you:

• Ownership of the plot
• Landlordship of all the apartments inside

As this is an auction, these are the rules:

• The starting bid is 8000 Krunas
• You must bid at least 250 Krunas more than the previous bidder
• You can not withdraw or change your bid
• The auction ends once 48 hours have passed from the bid of the last bidder
