I. Description of Case
The Plaintiff brings forth the following causes of action and alleges the following against the Defendant:
AlienBloom was contacted by Mleeph in known to be alleged as part of a company/group. He was harassed and threatened even though he did not work for them. Along with a false dismissal from the company/group even though never hired.

III. Sequence of Events
1. Mleeph messages AlienBloom20204 about opening a drug business/cartel
2. Alien declines the offer and Mleeph continues to make remarks that are untruthful and harm their reputation
3. Later Mleeph threatens Alien by saying “If you don’t help me it won’t be good for you”
4. Additionally Mleeph fires Alien by not knowing he was employed in the beginning
5. Later stating he was just a messenger for Rodger even though he claimed before that he wanted to work for him


IV. Claims for Relief
1. Conspiracy: The defendant claims to be a messenger for someone else, meaning that they both had planned to ask AlienBloom20204 to help them commit unlawful acts.
2. Along with false hiring and firing without knowing of being employed
3. The defendant had extorted Alien by making threats unless Alien would agree to help him with these unlawful plans.

V. Damages
1. Prohibition on schedule 0 and 1 Drugs (court chooses time)
2. DoE suspends any applications from these defendants (court chooses time)
3. A monetary payment as deemed necessary for false employment and termination. Along with false accusations, threats, and Harassment.
4. 500kr Legal Fees

Writ of Summons

Good Morning,

@mleeph is hereby summoned to the District Court of the Stratham Republic, and must appear in the court in the following 48 hours starting at the time of this summon's sending. If the defendant fails to adhere to the conditions of the summons hereby set, the court will move forward with a default judgement. I will not summon Rodger_Anderson however he may be called upon as a witness.

Your Honor, the defense has failed to respond to the case within the proper allotted time I request the case move on without the defense, as well as I would like to drop any criminal charges and would like to instead only pursue Damages 3&4.

We will continue with a default verdict of Damages 3 and 4.

False Hiring and Termination:
Currently, there aren’t any laws about false termination and hiring however the plaintiff could have gotten arrested or charged for being part of this apparent “drug cartel” so will therefore award 250kr to the plaintiff.


False Accusations, threats and harrassment:
For the false accusations, threats and harassment I award a further 500kr.

I therefore charge Mleeph with 1250kr which shall be given to the plaintiff.
