Establish a uniform law for animal rights and other things.

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Short Title

(1) This Act is the Agriculture Act.

Section 2. Commencement

(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon Prime Ministerial Assent.

Section 3. Reasoning

(1) There’s no animal rights act if the Big Bang Act passes.

Section 4. Animal Rights

(1) All animals below shall have at least 4 blocks per animal in a fixed area.
  1. Cows
  2. Mooshrooms
  3. Sheep
  4. Pigs
  5. Foxed
  6. Horses
  7. Donkeys
  8. Llamas
  9. Wolves
  10. Goats
  11. Iron Golems
  12. Villagers

(2) All animals below shall have at least 2 blocks per animal in a fixed area.
  1. Chickens
  2. Rabbits
  3. Cats
  4. Ocelots

(3) All animals below shall have at least 8 blocks per animal in a fixed area.
  1. Polar Bears
  2. Panda Bears
  3. Hoglins
  4. Striders

(4) All animals below shall have at least 3x3x3 blocks of water per animal in a fixed area.
  1. Axolotls

(5) All animals below shall have at least 3x4x3 blocks of water per animal in a fixed area.
  1. Dolphins

(6) All animals below shall have at least 2x2 blocks of land and 2x2x2 blocks of water per animal in a fixed area.
  1. Turtles

(7) All animals below shall have at least 2x3 blocks per animal in a fixed area.
  1. Bees

(8) Villagers may not be bought, sold, or rented for use. Villagers must also have a bed, water, and an occupation block alongside their 4 blocks of livable space.

(9) Punishments for violating Block Limits for Animals above are:
  1. 1st Offense: Euthanasia of excess animals, 5kr fine per excess animal.
  2. 2nd Offense: Euthanasia of excess animals, 10kr fine per excess animal, 5 minutes jail time.
  3. 50 kr fine per animal left unsupervised in cities.
  4. Tameable mobs may be taken by the Department of Internal Development into custody rather than euthanized.

(10) Punishments for violating Villager Rights Laws are:
  1. 1st Offense: 100kr fine per excess villager, 5 minutes jail time.
  2. 2nd Offense: 100kr fine per excess villager, 10 minutes jail time.
  3. 3rd Offense: 100kr fine per excess villager, 15 minutes jail time.

Section 5. Pet Limitations

(1) Abusive and inhumane treatment of tamed pets such as dogs, cats, ocelots, parrots, horses, llamas, donkeys, and foxes is illegal. “Abusive and inhumane treatment” shall be up to the Department of Internal Development to decide.
  1. Violating this shall have the following punishment:
  2. 1st Offense: 20kr fine per pet abused, three day wait before you can pick up your pet from the animal shelter.
  3. 2nd Offense: 50kr fine per pet abused, pets put up for adoption at the animal shelter, banned from shelter for 1 month.
  4. 3rd Offense: 100kr fine per pet abused, pets put up for adoption at the shelter, permanent shelter ban.
  5. All shelter bans can be appealed to the Department of Internal Development.

(2) No person shall have more than 20 animals as pets of any kind. You may also not have any more than 8 of a specific species alongside the 20 animal limit.
  1. Violating this shall have a punishment of 20kr fine for each animal over the limit, as well as the excess animals being euthanized to be taken into custody to be put for adoption.

Section 6. Landscape

(1) Needless destruction of the landscape is defined as “The intentional destruction of landscape for the sole purpose of destroying the landscape.”
  1. The punishment for this is as follows:
  2. 1st Offense: 250kr fine.
  3. 2nd Offense: 500kr fine, 5 minutes jail time.
  4. 3rd Offense: 1000kr fine, 10 minutes jail time.

(2) Needless mass destruction of the landscape is defined as “The Intentional destruction of landscape for the sole purpose of destroying a large area within the landscape”
  1. The punishment for this is as follows:
  2. Per offense: 3,000kr fine and 10 minutes jail time.

Section 7. Enforcement

(1) The Department of Justice shall issue punishments for all of these laws within this bill at the request of the Department of Internal Development.
