Removal the criminal records of all current citizens.
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the 2024 Forgiveness Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon signage.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) Periodic forgiveness for crimes is a good thing.
Section 4. Record Removal
(1) All Criminal Records currently held by the Department of Justice are hereby cleared from law.
(2) Only Department of Justice records prior to the passage of this bill shall be cleared.
(3) Firearm Infractions and Driver Infraction points shall be cleared.
(4) All pending fine records shall be forgiven and cleared from record.
