- Title: Referendum
- Type of motion (Edit/Removal/Creation): Creation
- Elaboration & Reasoning: If the public and/or Prime Minister is against the outcome of a bill that’s been decided by the Parliament, the Prime Minister has the ability to instead of vetoing a bill, choose to hold a public referendum on any new legislation passed by Parliament. The public's vote would be final and would no longer be subject to a veto by the Prime Minister. On the other hand, a sub-forum will be created for citizens to start petitions. If the petition gets more than 15 signatures, the Speaker of the Parliament will make an official referendum. If there are more than 30 signatures in favor, the Prime Minister will not be able to veto the decision unless the motion is simply not able to be implemented. If there are more than 15 signatures against the bill, the Prime Minister will be able to veto the bill regardless of the amount of votes in favor.

The minimum requirements for players to start/sign a petition and vote in a public referendum is having to be active in the server and forums and must of have 1 week of experience on the server.
- Other Information: Assisted with Koalition's suggestion.
