- Elaboration and reasoning: I believe, in order to prevent Vexatious litigation or frivolous lawsuits we need a small court fee. Irl there are several fees even for minor court appearances due to traffic violations, I believe this could also cover part of the police officer and judge salaries, considering there is no form of taxation at the moment. The fee would be about k20 per lawsuit filed and would have to be paid up front.

I am vetoing this bill as I believe it would discourage actual lawsuits from being created, and there would be no efficient way to enforce the bill. Instead, I advocate that Parliament allow Judges to fine players who start frivolous lawsuits. This would keep players away from posting unnecessary lawsuits, but in the same time allow players to sue free of charge with a real purpose.
