It is very troubling that something like this had occurred on our server.
As you all know, we have concluded the August election and have announced the new MPs. If you want to read about the August elections and see the new Parliamentary members, click here.
Moments after I announced the new candidates, I was checking on the forum logs only to find some suspicious activity. After further investigative work, I have found out that the newly reelected Member of Parliament Krix had made alt accounts on the forums only to vote for himself in this Election as well as the last one.
While there were around 10 accounts in total, he had used 5 accounts in this election month to ensure his victory in the election.
Krix has hereby been disqualified from the election and therefore removed from Parliament. He was also permanently banned from the server with the ability to appeal the ban.
To ensure this does not happen again, the Administration will be undertaking changes to the election system and how players vote for candidates in the future.
